Where do I go? Where do I go?
For those who believe in the coming cataclysm one big question is where do I go to keep safe?
Short answer is no place can be guaranteed to be safe! However there are some common sense places to avoid. Stay away from coastlines, fault lines, and rivers. Myself I moved to the center of the country in South Dakota. Wherever you wind up be sure to accumulate food and water to carry your family for at least 6 months.
There are a number of different maps of potential scenarios here is one that I borrowed from a page written by Gordon Michael Scallion in 2004
As you can see from this map, the coastlines are gone, and the Mississippi river is about 50 miles wide! Some say that the great lakes will drain down to the gulf of Mexico. A lot of speculation and the maps are all from “visions” by the authors and not everyone has the same vision. But the basics are similar, avoid the coastlines and fault lines. And remember to get enough water and food for your family. Food storage items may be found from lds.org
