No need to carry an Identification Card

This news is from the spring of 2009, In late December the Islamic terrorists detonated several nuclear devices in downtown Los Angeles turning that once vibrant city into a nuclear wasteland which might not be inhabitable for hundreds of years. This required a drastic change in the US to avoid future invasions. It includes suspending the constitution, martial law, deporting or detaining in “re-education camps” all persons of middle eastern descent. It has been a year now since the atomic bomb exploded in Los Angeles. President Clinton declared martial law immediately so she could have the necessary powers to suspend the constitution and protect all of us from the evils of radical Islamic fundamentalists. The ACLU has been marked as terrorist organization and all members and supporters have been arrested and hanged for treason.
In today’s press conference President Clinton announced that in order to protect her citizens she needed to know who was who in the entire country. Many people were resisting the idea of having to carry a national identification card, so today she announced the final solution.
Rather than requiring the citizens of her kingdom to carry the national id card, that plan has been scrapped in favor of a small rf id tag being implanted in the forehead of all the population. The forehead was chosen so those who have a missing limb would not be discriminated against.
This id tag would only contain a simple number code which is then tied into a database which would link to the individual’s DNA code, finger prints, photos, medical data, financial information and a retinal scan.
Having a positive identification of everyone within our borders will protect all of us from terrorists. The id clinics will be completely free and will also provide a free health screening. To insure the terrorists are completely cut off all plastic credit cards and all currency will be eliminated and replaced with electronic transactions using your rf id chip. This will also insure total compliance since no transactions could be made without scanning your id chip.
President Clinton announced that this is the only way to insure he safety of all of her subjects. Anyone who objects will be tried for high treason and summarily hanged.
