About ME
Me , I am an old guy, who has strange ideas of what might be the future. A Viet Nam era veteran who used to repair the crypto equipment that encoded and decoded voice and teletype communications. Many years after that I repaired home entertainment equipment until the Chinese made them to sell for less than I could fix them. Same with computers now you can get an up to date computer from Wal Mart for less than I can build one. So nowadays I do internet marketing and for fun I am sharing my theories and ideas in this blog.
How do you categorize me? Sort of like a mutt I am part this and part that.
A lot of me is conservative possibly the result of a strict Catholic upbringing. Part of me is Libertarian, the founding fathers never intended for the government to become this huge bureaucracy we need less government in many situations. I like parts of socialism and Marxism Jesus was obviously socialist. Some things like health care and housing should be socialized so everyone can enjoy these benefits and not just the wealthy. Part of me is Egalitarian Egalitarianism (derived from the French word égal, meaning equal) is a political doctrine that holds that all people should be treated as equals from birth. Communism is destined to fail because as long as it is tried with humans, someone will always want to be more equal than another. None of the extremes will work we need a balanced mixture of ideologies that will insure everyone is taken care of.
I don’t like most people, my father was like Archie Bunker and hated everyone equally. I judge everyone as an individual regardless of external factors such as race, religion, national origin - etc. each person is their own individual and should be judged based on their actions. That being said, I still think that the British should get out of Ireland.
I have a firm belief in extraterrestrial visitors to our planet and believe in the possibility that we were the results of colonization, perhaps our planet was a universal penal colony at some point. They are not currently in contact with us because we are still a primitive civilization engaged in tribal warfare with one another.
Time is running out - the coming cataclysm in 2012 will be a cleansing of our planet and hopefully the survivors will learn to live in peace and harmony since everyone left will need to work together to survive.
